A 2nd provision states that “a justice need to disqualify himself or herself within a continuing wherein the justice’s impartiality could possibly fairly be questioned, that's, wherever an impartial and realistic one that is aware of all relevant conditions would question that the justice could reasonably discharge his or her responsibilities.�
